Old Boys Dinner
Almost 200 Old Boys gathered at St. Bernard’s for the annual Old Boys Dinner, held on the third Thursday in January each year.
The group gathered in the Small Gym for cocktails and to hear remarks from Harry Davidson, co-head of the Old Boys Council, and Joy Hurd, head of school. Spare Ribs and potatoes were served in the Medium Gym, where alumni were seated by class at large round tables.
After dinner, everyone gathered around the piano to sing the school songs. The merriment continued at an unofficial after-party a few blocks away at the Guthrie Inn.
Many thanks are owed to the security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for the extra hours put in to make the evening such a success. Until next year!
